need help taking out Graphics card

Hello Everyone,

I'm working inside a PowerMac G5. I need to remove the graphics card. I dont understand how the black tab work on the opposite end of the unscrewable panel.

Please: If you have tips be painfully specific

there's apple's guide on removing/installing a video card. it should work like installing any other pci/agp/pci-e card
