Hey all!

I was turned down by apple (wanted the iMac to come :p )

But!

I will now buy the new MacBook Pro 13" (2.9GHz Dual-core Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM and 750GB HDD)

It says:
Supported resolutions:
1280 by 800 (native)
So if I use a Mini DisplayPort to VGA Adapter, I can NOT get (with a full HD monitor) get full 1080p??

The 1280x800 is describing the screen of the laptop itself. The laptop can support higher resolutions than that with external displays. You will be able to use a 1080p screen at full resolution with your new Mac.

Nice to know! Thx so much! :)

I'll buy right now, so hoping I'll do the right thing! :)
