Hi All,

I've been addicted to this site for years, and figured it was finally time to register, and also ask for some help! :)

I apologize if this may have already been discussed, but I did a quick search and didn't see anything recent.

I have a two-year old 15" Macbook Pro. My kids dropped it the other day and the screen seems to be a little looser than normal. It works totally fine, and still stands up in most positions, but its just not as tight as before. I brought it to the Apple store and they said they only replace, not adjust. And outside of warranty, it would be $430 plus labor.

So, might there be anyways to tighten the screen? Or, even a way to maybe just take off the keyboard to take a ponder and see if any adjustments can be made?

Thanks in advance!
