need help to sync annotations from ipad to computer

Dear Folks,

I use the reference manager "Mendeley" in conjunction with the ipad application "iannotatepdf" to read and mark up papers. I cannot find a good way to sync my annotations with my computer.

I have two devices I would like to sync: my laptop (Macbook Air 13inch from 2011; the OS version is "Lion") and my ipad (ipad 1, OS version is 5.1).

Do you guys have any recommendations on software I can get for either device to do this? Do you know of a way to automatically sync annotations using "iannotatepdf" by any chance? Thank you in advance.
