Need Help Transferring Palm Contact

What is the best way to transfer my Palm Pilot contacts to Outlook and then to my ITouch? My laptop currently says to insert a Microsoft Office 2000 disk, but it still doesn't work. Microsoft was going to help but wanted $59.00 from me. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

I assume your Palm transfers contacts via a USB cord with Outlook? I am not familiar with the Palm Pilot so I am not sure. All my other Smartphones have done this though. Once you get your contacts in Outlook, you need to select them to sync on your iPod Touch by selecting that option in iTunes.
