Need help. Tried to transfer data to new MBP w/TM and now can't login

It asks for my password and says it's wrong. I never use a password, but I have one password I always use in case I did. It doesn't work. I tried resetting it with my Apple ID and it says the password is incorrect. How do I just get to the screen to reload the OS?
 
Nevermind. I just held option and am now reinstalling the OS. Man, what a bad start to a new computer. Have to wait 3 hours 48 minutes now... That's why I get for trying something new.
