Need help turning a .mov to a swf file

I am trying to turn a .mov or AVI to a flash file. Is there a program out there that does this? (good one even if I have to pay a little?) I don't know how to do flash but figure this would be the easiest way for me to make a small flash movie for like banners and so on. Any advice? I searched the forum and did not come up with what I was looking at.

I did that search but most of the good programs seems to be windows base. I was hoping for MAC OS based.

All you had to do is add "Mac OS X" to your Google search terms. Strangely enough, it leads you right back to this forum, which you can search with MRoogle:
