Need Help Uninstalling a Nuisance

Can anyone tell me how to remove

It appears it is no longer even available, so I can't contact their support. It's apparently causing problems on my machine.

I am on a 2008 iMac with 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo on Version 10.9.1
