Need Help Unlinking Watch from ID

Guys,

I just recently sold my Apple Watch on eBay. Before shipping, I completely erased all content. Apparently, you are supposed to unpair it from your phone first, then erase it. The buyer just received it but it's still linked to my account. How can I unlink this? It's not listed as a device in my iTunes account. Do I really need to have him ship the freaking watch back just so I can pair it then unpair it then erase it again?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Click on your Watch in My Devices and follow the 'Lost, sold or gave Away this device' instructions.
