I received my 6 plus last week, however I edged up to that device. My previous edge phone has to be sent back but the return label I received was for if I needed to return the new device. I've called Verizon 30 times now and they keep saying that they are mailing me a correct shipping label to return my edge phone but I'm not getting anything. Does anyone know where to send edge phones back to?

Need help.. Verizon Edge Return

It takes awhile for them to send the return sticker. When I called them it took 1.5 weeks for me to get the return label, they used USPS to send it to me. If it's been longer than that, I'd call them again.
