Need help w/ App name

I'm wondering if anyone can help me w/ the name of a certain app.
Its the one where you can drag any page/web pages to an area on the screen and it locks into place. You can drag..lets say an open firefox screen to the bottom left of the screen and it locks in. It highlights it before you release it to that spot.

For the life of me...I cant remember the name.

Sorry, don't have one. I remember watching a video on youtube a few weeks ago about this app and now cant seem to find it again.
It's basically an app that tiles whatever window you have open..side by side..or however you want it.
