Need Help...Weird Stain in my MBP 15 inch screen

Hi ,

I've noticed a weird stain in my MBP 15 inch laptop screen (pic attached).

I've tried cleaning the screen, restarting several times yet the stain seems to be permanent.

Im afraid, the screen has been damaged

Seems to me like there is a lose part hanging there (and that is is blocking some of the LED backlight) although i don't know what part it is.

It almost resembles an imprint of somewhat. Has the screen been subjected to any damage or dropped at all? How long has it been on your screen?
