I'm posting on behalf of my aunt whose nano is sick. Basically it keeps resetting whenever it is recognized by iTunes. I've tried restoring it but it keeps resetting before I have the chance to do anything. My aunt just switched to Mac and I don't think she's getting a good first impression.
