Hi,
Shared albums in the photos app would be perfect, but it doesn't allow everyone in the shared album to delete photos from the album.

I'm working on a project and collaborating with multiple people and need to share an album of photos with all of these people (3 people) from the photos app and have it sync to everyone invited, so if I add an image it adds it to their synced album in the photos app and which also lets them delete images from the shared album.

The catch is that the album has to be in the photos app because I need people to be able to copy text from the images.

Is there a workaround with shared folders in the photos app?

Or is there a way to sync a regular album in the photos app with other people so that they can delete images from the synced folder? An app that syncs albums in the photos app with other people?

I can't find any apps that do this, probably because it's so similar to Apple's shared albums, which they of course limit usability with no preferences.

Thank you!

You cannot do this with shared albums. You could do this with iCloud Shared Library though there's a limit (6 I think) on number of people that can be in a shared library and I'm not sure if a person can be in more than one shared library at a time. This is really intended for family groups not work projects so while it might work there may be limitations. Also, with Shared library, albums are not shared (though keywords and some other metadata are)

There must be a third party app or service that would make this possible. Does anyone have any ideas?
