A couple of weeks ago, i was extorted and i lost my iPhone 3Gs 16GB black, and it was Jailbreaked with Redsn0w. The phone had iOs 5.0.1. After i installed 5.0.1 i took backup of SMS's, Calendars, Notes and my Adressbook. Now i have my adressbook's files in my computer but i need to learn how to read them in computer so that i can add my contacts on my old phone (manually

What i have in my computer is;
AddressBook.sqlitedb
AddressBook.sqlitedb-shm
AddressBook.sqlitedb-wal
AddressBookImages.sqlitedb
AddressBookImages.sqlitedb-shm
AddressBookImages.sqlitedb-wal
I have tried SQLiteBrowser but i couldn't read them. Please help!
P.S.:I am using Windows 7 x64 but i have Windows XP x32 as a second OS in my computer...
