Need help with audio video sound quality on 3GS

I have a bunch of videos recorded at concerts and clubs but the audio is really bad, all you can hear is the rough boom boom boom, sometimes you cant even hear anything only see the video.

is there a way to fix this when i upload these onto my macbook pro?
