Since I don't have, and unable to upgrade to, OS X Lion I decided to find a different way to Sync my Photos to iPhoto using Dropbox and Automator. It works pretty well. Here is what I have it set up to do.

It's a folder action and the folder is the "Photos" folder in Dropbox.
-Launch Application (iPhoto)
-Import Files into iPhoto
It then deletes the source image
-Run AppleScript
The script empties the trash.
-Show Grow Notification
It's supposed to show the Growl Notification now, but it doesn't.
I've tried putting pauses between these two to see if it would do anything. It has not.
-Quit Application (iPhoto)
It's supposed to quit iPhoto now, but it doesn't.

What would be causing it not to work?
How could I fix it?

Edit: I spelled Automator wrong in the title. Sorry.
