i have installed bootcamp and windows xp on my new imac and everything is working perfectly except that when it was partitioned it only gave me around 6GB of hard drive space. my girlfriend who wanted windows on there wants and needs more space than this.

is there anyway to change this partition and give me more space dedicated to windows??

thanks!

Probably should have posted this in the "windows on the mac" forum. The short answer is NO you can't. You have to erase the partition with boot camp and start over.

Also, if it's worth anything, you CHOSE 6GB of space, Boot Camp didn't GIVE it to you. There's a slider in the install process that asks, "How big do you want your partition?" As the previous person said, you'll have to erase it and start over... be sure to look for that screen; almost impossible to miss.
