Need help with bootcamp

does anyone know why my keyboard characters are different when i run it on xp through boot camp? for example my "/" key is found on the key beside 1, instead of using the "/" key found beside the right shift key? And does anyone know how i can fix this? And some other keys are not working properly, such as the "}" it produces a different character when i press it.

However, if I'm running OSX everything works fine...
