Need Help with Copying Movie to ATV

I'm baffled. I just ripped and formatted for ATV using MTR and Handbrake a 6 DVD Series. Actually queued them up in Handbrake and let it convert all 6. When I copied the finished m4v's to the HD that I stream from they all show up and play except number 4. I went through the whole rip and encode process again, same result. I'm wondering if there is something in iTunes that's keeping it from being seen by the ATV. I deleted it from iTunes and recopied with the same result.

Any Ideas to try?

Maybe it's this.

I have a server for my AppleTV. Sometimes it won't download a viseo to the AppleTV because it has already been viewed. Maybe the episode that wont download because the little blue dot in the left hand column isn't there. That's the indicator that the movie has been watched. Control click on it and select "Mark as new". If that isn't the problem, I can't help.
