Can anyone help me with this problem please

I get this message everytime I try to do a full defrag on iDefrag

You cannot use this algorithm on the selected volume. Off-line algorithms need to unmount the disk so you need to boot from a different disk, partition, computer or CD/DVD. Alternatively, use the Quick (on-line) algorithm.

Are you trying to defrag your system volume that you booted up? If so you need to boot off a different device or disk. You cannot defrag the disk that was used to start up OSX

I'm just trying to compile back the data together because I cannot partition more than 30 gb for windows and I need more data partitioned even though I have 90gb free. I tried quick-online defrag but it didn't do anything but just wait my time. It didn't combine the data after it was done.
