Need help with difficult connector issue with old display

Hello,

I'm currently using an old G4 cube at work, complete with an 22inch Apple Cinema Display. It has worked great for my needs at work, but I fear this year will be its last. I love the look and would like to "upgrade" the cube's insides using a mac Mini (simply fitting the mini inside). That's simple enough.

The hard part is the display. Can I use a thunderbolt to DVI, then a DVI to ADC to connect the display? Would this work?
