Ok, here is my dilemma.

I want to conduct interview, record them digitally, create audio clips from the interviews, and insert the clips into a power point presentation.

Unfortunately, I have no idea where to start.

I was thinking of buying the audio recording device for the ipod, but someone informed me that I can record voice right on my blackbook using Garage band.

My questions are:

What would be better/more user friendly? Macbook or ipod for recording?

Should I use soundstudio to create audio clips? Does it work better with the ipod or with garagebanc? (I tried to open garage band files in soundstudio and I couldn't get it to work... maybe I should just use the ipod?)

Lastly,
Does anyone know how to insert audio clips into powerpoint?

Thanks!
