Need help with File Transfer on two MacBook Pro's.

I've just recently bought a MacBook Pro, and I was quite satisfied with it. Even tho, the battery just held around two hours. Therefore I got an exchange from Apple, and I now have two MacBook Pro's. I need to transfer basically all files from the old one, to the new one. I know there is a question as soon as you turn it on the first time, but my father was too interested in seeing the battery life, and clicked past it. I now have no clue as what I have to do.

Please help me.
