need help with FileVault under 10.3.1

I am a former FileVault victim under 10.3.0, it wipped out my entire Finder perference, it took me very long time to fix it and some of them could never be fixed(play count in iTunes)... anyway, i updated my TiBook 400 to 10.3.1(hesitate to update to 10.3.2) and have FileVault off, but now i would like to turn it on again, since i am on the road quite often, so i just want to know is there anyone out there is using FileVault function right now under 10.3.1 or 10.3.2? thank you for your help. :p
 
Yes, it works just fine on my 17" 1Ghz PowerBook under 10.3.2, although I backed EVERYTHING up before applying the reclaim free space option...

I've had no problems with it at all however.
