Need help with Finder!

Somehow my finder window has expanded such that I cannot access the bottom half of the window. In other words, the bottom of the finder window is off the screen, and I cannot get it on the screen because it is too large to fit.

As a result, I cannot access certain files and I also cannot access the bottom right corner that allows me to resize the window.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
