Need help with flip4mac

Hello,
I just downloaded flip for mac to use on a site called dabdate.com
after installing I restarted my macbook. And went to the site to stream the what I planned to watch, but didnt work. Only option I have it too find the source of the web page than find the wmv link and download that to my desktop and watch that way.

I just want to know how to stream the videos, so its not so much work thank you.

are you able to download the files easily? if so you can just watch them in VLC. I used to use flip4mac but that only watch downloaded wmv files in quicktime. Now I just VLC and it works way better.

it is really a pain in the butt to download the files
takes a long time and my gfs parents wont understand it at all.
