Need help with forgotten aol password.

I forgot my aol mail and aim password. The password for mail and aim on my phone is stored so I can access them on it. But I can't add the aim and aol act to my iPad because I forgot the password. Is there a place in the iPhone directory that will show me my password for that account? I have ifile. Don't really know where to look. Any suggestions?

I tried but that's where the problem arises. I never use my real name when I make accounts for privacy reasons. I made this acct over 10 years ago and forgot which alias I used. Looks like I'm screwed.
