Need help with Handbreak

Just used Handbreak for the first time, now the DVD I used is showing UNPLAYABLE DISK when trying to play it on my Xbox360. Never happened before, is there something I did wrong? Please help, don't want to damage anymore DVD's. Thanks!

I forgot to mentioned that I downloaded DVD43 along with the Handbreak.
