Need help with iPhone 4 jaulbreaking, No i am not a noob

i had my iphone 4 on 4.0.1 jailbroken and unlocked. so i did select the make life easier option in cydia. and yesterday decided to go up to 4.2.1 i fired up tiny umbrella and started tss server and made a custom firmware with sn0wbreeze to keep my baseband in tact. the restore works fine but now im stuck in recovery mode, but its black screen looks more like dfu mode... any and all help is appreciated

Why did you use snowbreeze? Its the buggiest piece of junk software to try to JB your iphone.
Try to find a custom 4.2.1 IPSW created with pwnage online or create one on a mac.
Then put the iphone in "pwned DFU mode" and then restore to that JB firmware thru itunes.

i used a pwnage tool modded firmware and no result. still stuck in revover mode loop and tinyumbrella cant get me out of it
