Need help with jail breaking iPhone 4 4.3

I search but cant find a accurate answer!! I want to jailbreak my iPhone 4 iOS 4.3, is it safe to do it at this point or should I wait for the unthether version comes out and when will they realaese it? The main reason I want to jailbreak iPhone 4 its because I want to share my connection with my iPad. I do not want and refuse to pay for something I'm already paying for it. Please help!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!

I also want to do this with my ipod touch 4g 4.3, btw is there any way to downgrade to 4.2??

i think theres a way by Jailbreaking 4.3 first even if its tethered and have cydia and doing SSH blobs thingy then Downgrade using Itunes

1. Open Itunes

2. Connect your Device to PC

3. Shift+click Restore

4. Click on the 4.2.1 ipsw (google it)

5. and your done
