Need help with JB iPhone 4 on 4.3.1....

Hi guys. Jailbroke my iPhone 4 on 4.3.1 yesterday using RedSnow 0.9.6RC12 but have been noticing some lag in the phone. So far I have installed Installous, AppSync 4.0+, Activator, AlertArtist, My3G, TetherMe and SBSettings. Which of these apps/tweaks could be causing the lag in my phone. Thanks.
