Hi,
I recently had a problem with my Macbook Pro, where it wouldnt charge at all...I sent it to apple and they told me I had a problem with the logic board and that it would cost an insane amt to fix it because they had found water damage. I instead got it repaired at a different, apple certified place for much cheaper (new logic board for 450).
Now my laptop charges but does some strange things. If the battery life gets down below ~35 % the laptop stops charging...the orange light on the adapter becomes incredibly faint and flickery to the point where it looks as if it is just off. If I then turn my computer off, take the adapter out...put it back in, and then turn the laptop back on, it begins to charge again. It will charge all the way up to full power as well.

Can anyone tell me what the problem may be? I am a college student and am swamped with midterms so I don't have time to go to the Apple store till next week so I wanted to see if I could get some input from here. I also called the service that repaired it earlier and its under a warranty, so they said they would look at it for me as well. However, has anyone had any similar issues? Perhpas there is a compatibility issue between the new logic board and the computer. Everything else seems to be working fine. Please help me out...Thanks!!
