Need help with Messages app on Mac

I had to do a factory reset of my iPhone, and since then I haven't been able to get the Messages app on my Mac to send push notifications. I have Text Message Forwarding enabled in my phone settings, and the Messages app is set to use notifications on my computer. I can still receive the messages on my Mac, but I can't get the notifications to work. What am I missing? Thanks.

Have you tried signing out on both devices and then signing back in?
