Need help with Microsoft Communicator and Mac

I currently work for a company that uses Microsoft 2007 Communicator and group chat. I got EVERYTHING else to work for this job to work on my mac, but if I can't get the group chat to work, I will be stuck with using Windows...
Does anyone have any ideas???
