Need help with Migration Assistant

I "mirrored" my old user account to my new iMac. I would like to retain itunes playlist and iPhoto albums. I would like those two applications to be mirrored with there contents to new Account users on my iMac so then I can delete and erase the Account user I migrated over. Can This be done? If so, how? The Account User I migrated was originally started in 2002 when I first got a mac. Every time I bought a new iMac i migrated. So its crazy slow! The new users I created are fast.
