how do i fix it?? help me pls
 
im using safari, i kinda dont wanna get windows stuff on my mac
 
OLE is a Microsoft thing (ActiveX). The Mac version of IE has some support for it, you might get lucky.

Or, you can complain to the operator of the Web site that making microsoft-only Web pages is lame.
