Need help with moving phone contacts

Can anyone help with the following problems---->

1. How to move iPhone 4 contacts to the phone's SIM card?

2. Is there any way to import (to iPhone4) contacts from the MS Outlook 2007's contact list?

No can do on a stock iPhone. I don't know if it is possible on a JB phone.

2. Is there any way to import (to iPhone4) contacts from the MS Outlook 2007's contact list?

Yes, in iTunes, there is an option to "Replace Information on This Phone", and contacts is one of the available selections.
