Need help with MS Outlook for Mac

Currently when I go to my sent items, all I see if my name over n over... which is kind of stupid I have to view each one to locate the email.

How do I make it such that it displays the email or name of the person the email was sent to... not me the sender...

it will arrange in that way.. but how do I DISPLAY the name of the recipient.

• Uncheck Sent.
• Check Received.

mine is greyed out no matter which folder I am in.. WHY WHY WHY haha, Column is greyed out

its ok I found the solution through google, if you set the reading pane to below you can change the options, but the options dont stay when you switch back to right.....
