iOS Need help with multi xib views controlled by custom button

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to create a main view with multiple custom buttons. Each custom button brings up a sub view which has a control and they press a button in that to bring them back to the main view.

I'm having trouble trying to do this. I've looked up a few tutorials and they're either use navigation bars, or tool bars.

Would someone be able to point me in the right direction?
