Need help with my underclocking gt650m

i have been using my new retina macbook for weeks but this problem just seem to happen today. my gpu underclock itself all the time even when i open my game which result in me getting a low fps. idk how to fix this

any help would be aprreciate

i have notice people saying that forcing a p state in nvidia inspector will fix this but how do i do that.
