Need help with office 2011 liscencing

Me and my Girlfriend are interested in getting Office for Mac 2011. We found a copy on amazon for very cheap; although apparently it has been used on one mac.

The problem is, i'm planning on installing this on my dad's mac as well (it's a 3 user license). Will I be able to transfer this previous person's licence over? Will there be issues there?

Not 100% sure, but I think you should have 2 activatons left...assuming current owner only activated it once....it might be possible to get the third one by contacting Microsoft and explaining situation, worth a try....
