Need help with PackageMaker

I am trying to make a package with a .app file, as well as a running a UNIX command. I tried dragging the app to the payload window and setting the file path, but it's not showing up in the directory after installation. I also cannot find out where to put the UNIX command (it will be preflight). How can I get the app to work, and where do I type the command to run? Anyone know?

I had a similar issue when the app did not appear in the installed directory. I un-checked 'allow relocation' in the 'Components' pane for the application and that solved the problem.
