Need help with printer set up!

Ok so i bought a HP1510 today and got everything up and going but am not able to set up printers? It wont let me even go to that option screen. I was not able to do it on the hp softwar or system preferences under printer and fax. Can anyone help me?

Did you open Printer Setup Utility?

Thanks for the help but i got it. I had to download the printer and fax set up. Some how it was deleted of my comp.
