i just installed the newest updates for quicktime, security update, and airmac extreme. Then i tried watching videos on youtube using safari but then the videos do not show up:( . They are all replaced with the quicktime logo with a question mark on top. i had this problem when i installed the divx plugin a while ago but then managed to sort that out.
i am wondering if any of the update i installed have anything to do with my problem here.
and one final thing, i havent installed anything else other than the three updates mensioned above:confused: .
if anyone has the same problem or has an idea what the problem is let me know.

Safari and Quicktime ? Problem

This worked for me.

Open your System Preferences. Under Internet and Network, open the QuickTime panel. Go to the Advanced tab and click on the Mime Settings button. Go to the Miscellaneous - Miscellaneous File Formats and open the pull down menu. Uncheck the Flash Media check box.
