Need help with syncing on snow leopard

So, I have a mac at home running ML and a mac provided by my work running SL. I can't upgrade my work computer to ML, due to some rules, but is there a way I can sync my Bookmarks/Calendars across my Mountain Lion/SnowLeopard computers without updating my work mac?

Any help appreciated.
