Hi all!

I need some advice! I have a Mac Pro that I purchased in the US. And because I was not allowed a visa to stay in the US I had to come home to the UK. Now I'm shipping my Mac Pro back to me. The help I need is this. I'm under the impresion that new Macs have a power sensor (of some sort) that will detect that it has a difrent power supply, i.e. in the UK its 240V and the US is 140V.

So my question is, will I be ok just getting a simple plug converter and plug in my $4000 computer and it NOT go BANG! Like my xbox power supply did. I'm sure it will be fine, I would just like some reasurance that it will be ok. I will not take legial action if it all goes to s**t!

Thanks all!
