iPad Need help with these pictures

My wife and I were at her cousins wedding this last weekend and the darn pictures turned out terrible. I have tried to lighten them but they become very grainy. I was wondering if anyone could help and make these view able please. I would be very grateful.

these aren't much better, but they're a little brighter... 😛

Here is my best attempt. They did clear up some, but are still not perfect. Do not think they ever could be though.
