Need help with unknown application

I just clicked "open with" of a picture, and noticed that there is a weird application with a long weird name that Mac cannot open.

I guess that should be some application in the Adobe Photoshop bundle which I uninstalled long time ago. Does anyone have any idea about that application?

And how can I remove that option from the "open with" options?

I hate the ugly arrow thing with a long number name. So I just simply deleted it and rebuilt the launch service no matter if it's an update of whatever application it is. "Open with" menu looks pretty now and photoshop works fine ... at least for now >.<
