iPod touch Need help with videosafe!

i just downlaoded video safe and it semms awesome but i have no idea how to work it. I have videos on my itouch but dont know how to store them in the app. any help?
 
still need help!

I still havent figured out how to use it. How do I get vidoes that are on my ipod into the folders in the safe?
